Orders, Payments & Shipping

Order Processing
All the orders are prepared the opening hours of the Laboratory and depending on the workload.
Once we receive your order, we check the order for any missing information, the payment of your order and availability of the order products.
For each step of your order will be inform directly by e-mail. If there is any problem with your order, we will inform you immediately to let you know about the problem and your options.

Warning: Once you place a product in your cart does not mean that you bought already. To buy a product, you must follow all the 6 steps of the shopping cart confirming & payment of your order to record in our online store.

Payments
The payments methods of your orders is:

In the case of Bank Transfer, before confirming your purchase will display the available data from the Bank to be deposit the exactly final cost of your order.
Please note that:

  • In case you don't pay your order in 8 days, your order cancelled.
  • In case you've send a smaller amount from your order total amount, your order cancelled and in your account added the credit amount you've send us.

Shipping
For shipping of packages, we collaborate with EL.TA. (Ellinika Tahidromia / Greek National Post) and Courier Companies to get to any part of the world, directly to your home.
All the orders placed up to 12:00 (Greek time) we try to ship the same day and the orders after 12:00 shipping the next working day with EL.TA. The orders with Courier (up to 17:00) shipping the same day. The shipping days is not count for weekends & holidays.

All shipments are International Registered Airmail (with tracking number), and up to 2kgs sent as letters with bubble envelope. Over 2kgs sent as parcels in protective boxes.

The shipping and handling via ELTA Registered Airmail:

  • for all countries outside Greece, €14.00 (up to 0.5Kg), €20.50 (up to 1.0Kg)...
  • After the 1.0Kg, have scalled extra cost for shipping and you can calculate it in your shopping cart.

The shipping and handling via ACS Courier in Greece:

  • for Greece (only), €3.84 (up to 2.0Kg), €5.69 (up to 3.0Kg)...
  • After the 3.0Kg, have scalled extra cost for shipping and you can calculate it in your shopping cart.

The shipping and handling via BoxNow in Greece:

  • for Greece (only), €3.00 (for small packages), €5.00 (for medium packages) and €10.00 (for large packages)...
  • Keep in mind, with BoxNow, you must pick-up your order from lockers (24h/day).

The estimate delivery time of packages for Greece is one to two (1-2) business days for the areas of Thessaloniki and Attica, two to three (2-3) working days for mainland Greece, and three to five (3-5) business days on the island Greece (not counting holidays and weekends).

The estimate delivery time for the closest countries of Europe (from Greece) is approximately three to six (3-6) working days and for the farthest European countries is about five to nine (5-9) working days and in some cases may be seven to ten (7-10) days (depands always on the local post offices and not counting holidays and weekends).

DHL Express also is available for EU, Rest European countries and some selected countries in global.
The DHL Express split in various shipping zones based on Greece. The prices are various and depending on shipping zones.
The shipping in the whole Europe is 1 day (max. 2 days in far local areas) and 1-2 days in countries outside Europe.

For international orders (all over the world), is approximately arrived in nine to sixteen  (9-16) days but in some cases and up to 20 days. Depends always on the local post offices and any possible delay at customs.

International Shipping
We can ship internationally, but while sending across Europe, worldwide we can ship to a selected countries listed in register form.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
